General Website Information

The HangOver website is owned and operated by Quigley Graphics (ABN 78 090 567 463). The HangOver Website has been established as an information resource for clients and potential customers. The site has been developed and is provided for the following purposes :

• of enabling customers to provide information to Quigley Graphics
• to provide information and commercial services to customers and guests

By accessing the HangOver Website you agree to be bound by the conditions of use as stipulated below. You agree that Quigley Graphics is not liable to you or any entity associated with you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of the use by you of the HangOver Website, the use by Quigley Graphics of information provided by you to Quigley Graphics through the HangOver Website or any such loss or damage which may arise should you be unable to access the HangOver Website, for whatever reason.

Choice of Law

These terms and conditions, and the agreement of which they form part, is to be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Quigley Graphics has designed the HangOver Website for use only within the Commonwealth of Australia and makes no warranties or representations with regard to use by persons accessing the HangOver Website outside the Commonwealth of Australia.

Entire Agreement Clause

The conditions of use set out above represent the entire agreement between Quigley Graphics and its customers with respect to use of the HangOver Website.

Returns

Simply email our site to obtain a Return authorization number, provide full details of your original order: Order ID Order date Your name Your email address

You must include/attach the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return. In addition you must send the goods purchased (NOT USED) to our return address below.

Our Returns Policy

Within 14 days of receipt of your goods, you may return any items purchased online to HangOver (see returns address below) if there is a manufacturing default. You will receive a full refund (we will also refund the freight cost). Please note we are happy to refund money in the event of a manufacturing fault and not simply because you changed your mind.

*The maximum refund limit is AUD$29.50 per HangOver

Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items

HangOver.com.au can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, send it to our return address above

Refunds

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Just a few simple steps:
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

Defined Terms

Customer : means existing or potential customers of Quigley Graphics or persons accessing the HangOver Website for domestic or commercial purposes.
